The story blends university life hospital duties and personal relationships in a semi open world environment. Medschool Love and Friends is developed by Walkius. The current release is version 0.10 with a 0.1 rework dated 10.01.2026. The game is available in English and is not censored. It currently supports Windows systems. The file size is approximately 610 MB. This remake was built from the ground up to replace an outdated system and introduces brand new visuals improved animations and cleaner structure. The game takes place in the same universe as School Love and Friends and Big Brother Ultimate.

The game has been fully rebuilt from scratch. All images and videos are newly created with higher quality. Gameplay remains a visual novel with a semi open world structure. Time has been simplified into four periods to reduce grinding. A new quest tracking system allows multiple stories to be followed at once. Dialogue rollback has been added. The save system now displays screenshots and dates. The story structure has been refined with a main storyline and multiple side stories that never block progression.

Medschool Love and Friends rework lays a strong foundation for a long term story focused experience. With deeper characters smoother systems and greater freedom of choice this remake aims to deliver a more mature and engaging journey.
